What is a quartz heating tube?


A quartz heating tube is a heating element that converts electrical energy into heat. Its core structure consists of a quartz glass tube and an internal heating element (such as a resistance wire or tungsten filament). Its operating principle is to generate heat by passing an electric current through the heating element. The quartz glass tube, serving as the outer shell, has excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity, enabling efficient heat conduction and radiation. Maintain a proper distance: The distance between the heating element and the heated object should be maintained between 100 and 400 mm to ensure safety and efficiency.
