Product introduction
The 4 inch quartz boat is a special carrier for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries made of high-purity quartz glass. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high insulation, and low thermal expansion. The average thermal expansion coefficient of quartz glass in the range of 0~1000℃ is only 5.4×10⁻⁷/℃, which is much lower than that of ordinary glass and metal materials, ensuring that it can still maintain excellent dimensional stability in high temperature environments and avoid structural deformation or stress cracks caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The crystallization starting temperature of quartz glass is about 1000℃, but the actual crystallization behavior will be affected by the surface cleanliness. In terms of conventional use temperature, the continuous working temperature of the quartz boat can reach 1050℃, which is suitable for long-term high-temperature processes; and the short-term intermittent use temperature can reach 1250℃, which is suitable for processes such as rapid annealing or high-temperature sintering.
