The Quartz Glass Manifold is made of high-purity transparent quartz glass. The Quartz Glass Manifold is resistant to acid (except hydrofluoric acid), alkali, and plasma erosion. Its service life in corrosive gas environments far exceeds that of ordinary ceramic or plastic insulators.
The average thermal expansion coefficient of transparent quartz glass in the range of 0~1000℃ is extremely low, only 5.4×10⁻⁷/℃, showing excellent thermal stability, which can effectively match the thermal expansion behavior of metal conductors and reduce structural stress. Its crystallization starting temperature is about 1000℃, but the actual crystallization process is easily affected by surface contamination, which may cause the crystallization temperature to decrease and accelerate performance degradation. Therefore, the material must be kept clean in high-temperature applications.
