The production process strictly controls bubbles and impurities to avoid defects under high temperature or strong light environments.
The product is suitable for most electric light sources and optical applications. The hydroxyl content is further reduced by high-temperature vacuum treatment. It is particularly suitable for applications sensitive to hydroxyl, such as ultraviolet lasers and high-end metal halide lamps, to prevent light decay or material degradation caused by hydroxyl absorption.
The capillary quartz tube has high transmittance in the ultraviolet to near-infrared bands, suitable for precision optical systems, and high-purity materials reduce spontaneous fluorescence under ultraviolet excitation, suitable for laser and optical sensor applications.
