Square Quartz Tube

Product introduction
The square quartz tube is made of high-purity quartz sand, with a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) content of ≥99.9%. The low impurity characteristics can reduce the risk of crystallization at high temperatures and extend the service life. It is suitable for semiconductor, photovoltaic, and high-end lighting industries.
The hydroxyl (OH⁻) content is ≤ 10 ppm, which is suitable for most high-temperature optical and lighting applications, such as high-pressure mercury lamps, sodium lamps, etc. Through high-temperature vacuum treatment, the hydroxyl content can be further reduced to ≤ 5 ppm, greatly reducing UV absorption and thermal effects. It is particularly suitable for applications with strict requirements for low hydroxyl, such as UV lasers, deep UV optical systems, and high-power metal halide lamps.
